Journalist, writer, digital plastic artist.
Alagoano, from Palmeira dos Índios, 66 years old.
· 39 years of journalism: photographer, reporter, editor, publisher;
· * theater director;
· * television producer;
· * film producer.
· * Retired in 2000, currently dedicates his life to write books and to the plastic art by means of the computer, that he baptized as “digital art”.
· Author of the books: The Man in the Desert (2001); ESFINGE - the saga of the crowned lion (2001); ZUMBI - The black god of the Palmares (2002) and Relives of Piranhas (in print), with publishing foreseen for November of this year.
· * Producer of some short-mileage films. One them awarded by the old National Institute of Cinema: “Delmiro Gouveia ", about the life of the Pioneer;
· * Director (Founder) of the Museum of the Image and the Sound of Alagoas - MISA -, instituted by the Deodoro’s Theater Foundation - FUNTED, inaugurated in 1986;
· * Member of the Maceioense (from Maceió) Academy of Literature;
· * Founder member of the Academy of Literature, Sciences and Mason Arts of Brazil (2000);
· * Honorary member of the Paraibana (from Paraíba) Mason Academy of Literature, Arts and Sciences (2000);
· * Grand-Master of the Great Mason Orient of Alagoas (since 1981);
· * Former-president of the UEB – Scouts Union of Brazil, Regional of Alagoas.

· Comendas:

· * Comenda Judge Doctor Mário Guimarães, granted by the Chamber of Councilmen of Maceió, through Legislative Decree 07/83, "for the excellent services given to the alagoana culture": 1999;

· * Comenda Writer Heliônia Cerres of Literature, granted by the Union of the Writers of the State of Alagoas in July of 2001, "for the excellent services given to the universal culture";

· * Comenda Jurist Silvio de Macedo, granted by the Union of the Writers of the State of Alagoas, Alagoana’s Writers Academy and Alagoana’s Press Association, in the "World-wide Day of the Writer": 7,25,2002;

· * Comenda Olavo de Campos, granted by the Maceioense’s Academy of Writers in December,21,2005, for the excellent services given to the culture, and in the field of the literature, sciences or the arts.

· * Trophy "City of Recife", for his performance as "promoter of tourism", awarded during the III Great Night of the Personalities of the Northeast, in the International Club of Recife: February,9,1976;

· * Medal of the Mason’s Merit, granted by the Great Independent Orient of Pernambuco: June,18,1998;

· * Medal of the Mason’s Merit, granted by the Great Independent Orient of Rio Grande do Norte: June,5,1999;

· * Timbira’s medal of the Mason’s Merit, granted by the Great Independent Orient of Maranhão: June,7,2001.
